- Is the trial the whole product?
- Yes, for 14 days. A card is required to start, and you are not charged if you cancel before day 14. The demo needs no card and no signup at all if you would rather look first.
- How many people can use it?
- The workspace currently carries three staff accounts. If you need more than that, say so before you subscribe — raising it is something we do for you, not yet something you can buy on this page.
- Who appears on my card statement?
- Lemon Squeezy. They are the merchant of record, which means they are the seller of the software and they collect and remit the sales tax or VAT on the transaction, not us.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- It is not deleted. Access to the workspace is gated on the subscription, though, so export what you need before you cancel rather than after.
- Can I run it on my own server?
- Yes, under a separate on-premise licence — the application and its PostgreSQL database install in your own building, which is the usual answer for a workshop with unreliable connectivity. The subscription above is the hosted route.
- Do I have to be a joinery?
- Practically, yes. Carpentry & Joinery is the only industry offered at company setup, and the seeded materials, cutting lists and ledger accounts all assume a workshop.
